Coding Club: Scratch

In this course, our aim is to train students in computational thinking, which is the ability to analyse problems deeply, break them into smaller parts and creatively apply past experience to solve them. We will be using Scratch, which is a visual programming language where children can create and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world. As children create with Scratch, they learn to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically - all essential skills in the 21st century. All skill levels welcome.

Primary school children will take the bus over to Star Street each week. All students must be picked up at 21 Star Street W2 1QB at 5 pm. Open to new and experienced students.

Students will use different materials and techniques which build their creativity, whilst developing fine motor skills. Students will bring their piece of art home each week to share with their family.
